After the relevant reference checks for the candidates who are found eligible following all these evaluations, they are offered job proposals by the Human Resources Department and the candidates who are eligible for the position start to work. Wage Management System consists of the tier system, wage market, wage policy and performance system.
Norm Group employees are provided with fuel aid, festival shopping check, educational aid, birth and marriage aid, foreign language and academic education aid. Individual and family health insurance will be applied on a tier basis.
